• All caregivers on our team undergo an extensive local, state, and national criminal background check.
• All caregivers undergo a pre-employment drug screening
• Workers' compensation insurance covers our caregivers
• Our agency is fully bonded and insured
• Before beginning services, we require a free, in-home consultation with a safety assessment.
• A complimentary meet and greet between the potential caregiver and client is required before services can begin.
• We require our Director of Care Management to oversee the first shift between caregiver and client to ensure they are a good fit.
