We understand the significance of trust and compatibility in home care. This is why we exercise such caution when selecting our caretakers. Before a caregiver is hired, they undergo a thorough screening process that includes verifying references, reviewing background checks, and ensuring they have the appropriate education and experience to provide top-notch care. Our first goal is to match each client with a caregiver who is a perfect match for their care needs.
If you want your care to have the most impact, finding the right caregiver is essential. That is why we seek input from our customers and their loved ones when selecting a caregiver. Caregiver matches are carefully selected after extensive client intake during which we learn about each individual's needs and preferences.
What an incredible achievement! Our Angels on the Move team raised more over $37,000 for the 2024 York/Hanover area Walk to End Alzheimer's. Our community's generosity has catapulted us to the position of fifth-best fundraising Visiting Angels team in the organization, and we are very appreciative to everyone who donated to or attended one of our many events this year. Raising awareness of Alzheimer's disease, supporting local programs and services, and offering round-the-clock help to those affected by the disease are all very essential activities that the Greater Pennsylvania Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association will carry out with the funds we raise. Alzheimer's and other dementias can be wiped out if we all work together.
