Wayne County Veteran Services Office

Many veterans are unaware of the full range of benefits they are entitled to as they have earned them through their service to our country. Unfortunately, the Department of Veterans Affairs does not provide veterans with an official handbook that clearly outlines all the types of support available, from healthcare and disability compensation to financial assistance for home care. This lack of guidance and information often leaves veterans and their families struggling to understand the benefits they are entitled to as well as the complex system of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

At Visiting Angels, we understand how frustrating it can be to deal with the VA, especially when you’re trying to access the benefits you’ve earned. That’s why we want to provide you with valuable information about the Wayne County Veteran Services Office, the assistance they offer, and how they or we can help you access the benefits you are entitled to. Whether you need help with filing a claim with the VA, need to apply for financial aid for in-home care, or need information on veteran-specific programs, knowing where to turn is the first step toward getting the support you need.
