September 2024 Highlights
September was a month all about community to welcome in the Fall season. We proudly banded together for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s to help raise awareness and support the fight against Alzheimer’s and new treatments. We closed out the month of September at the Senior Resource Fair which was graciously sponsored by Caring Hearts. We had a booth where we met many folks wanting to learn more about our care services.
