Directions:

  • Add garlic, olive oil, and an onion to a large saucepan over medium heat. Sautee for five minutes.
  • Add vegetable broth, tomato pasta, pumpkin puree, and parmesan cheese. Mix the combination well.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in the Greek yogurt and heavy cream.
