After the initial pre-care consultation, we will take the information discussed and use it to select a caregiver we feel will suit your loved one's needs and personality best. Of course, we realize that human relationships are complex and compatibility can't always be assured. If, at any time, you'd like to change your caregiver, you can give us a call and we will arrange the transition to a new caregiver. This accommodation to change also applies to scheduling and care services being provided. We can accommodate most requests within 48 hours and emergencies within 24 hours.
