They are precise, timely, concerned about how I feel, how my mother feels, how other family members feel. It's not just "I'm here to do my job and leave me alone." It's more like "Is this good, does this work for you?" They're very accommodating and aware of the family members' needs.

They're very responsive and always on time. If they're going to be a minute late they'll call.
What do you appreciate most about the services you receive?
The people that they send are very good but the staff in the office is very approachable, very available, they follow-up immediately with phone calls and emails, they're very accessible. There's a comfort level where I feel I can call and speak to anyone from the owner down to the timekeeper and I get the same nice response and respect from all of them.
