- Assistance with taking a shower, bath, and other personal care tasks
- Light housekeeping duties such as taking out the trash
- Help with doing laundry
- Kitchen and refrigerator organization (throwing out expired food, etc.)
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence care
- Planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks
