Starting on November 6th the Crescent Ridge Adult Day Health Center will be providing families with invaluable support. On the first Wednesday of every month from 5 pm - 6 pm you can join the South County Dementia Friendly Support Group at 7001 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, Maryland 20745. You can also receive free respite care while you are attending this support group.
