"We recently used Visiting Angels of Cleveland because we were spending four days in Sautee-Nacoochee for my daughter's wedding. I'd been so worried about caring for Mom during the night, and then functioning well enough to be attentive to my daughter and her in-laws visiting from Europe during the day. I knew it would be difficult. A family member suggested hiring a caregiver to be there during the nighttime hours to help Mom get up during the night (she has Parkinson's) so that I could sleep and be rested to take over in the morning. It was the best move ever! Lisa arrived at nine each of the nights we were there and stayed until eight am. She was perfect! Kind, compassionate, helpful, and she made my mom feel at ease. I knew she was in good hands, and I could sleep through the night. It was the perfect solution for us on this busy long weekend. I highly recommend!"

"When my mom’s health declined recently, my sister and I wanted to honor her wishes for her to stay in her home, but knew she would need additional support to safely do so. When we reached out to Visiting Angels (among other similar providers), Dana quickly returned our message, and came to meet us the very next day (along with Brooke, one of the caregivers). It was immediately clear that they were highly capable professionals, and we made arrangements to begin coverage the next week, M-F day shifts only.

Within a few weeks circumstances worsened, and we asked Dana if she could provide 24/7 coverage for mom - Dana never said “no,” but instead said “let me make some arrangements and call you right back.” Within 30 minutes she called back and said that everything was arranged and we could instead worry about other urgent issues. I can’t begin to describe what a HUGE relief this was, especially since I was ~1200 miles away at the time.

Over the next several weeks, our needs changed multiple times - including at one point needing two caregivers providing 24/7 coverage - and Dana and her team were always there for us.

Mom passed away recently, but it was comforting to know she had such a high level of care during her final days. I can’t say enough positive things about Visiting Angels, especially Dana and her team of compassionate and professional caregivers. They were a true blessing during a very difficult period "

"I am amazed at the compassion and advocacy that Susie and Donna have demonstrated for helping me find the care that my Dad needs!! I am not able to use Visiting Angels, because neither my dad nor me have financial resources outside of his insurance. But that has not stopped Susie or Donna from guiding me to get the best placement for my dad!! He has several complicated health issues that require placement in a long term facility, once he is released from the hospital. They are acting as advocates and advising me on steps I need to take with the hospital he is currently in. This is quite a remarkable act on Susie and Donna’s part! I can only imagine the care that goes into their clients that they personally work with. It is unfortunate my dad and I aren’t able to utilize their care, however I am beyond impressed that they are investing their time and knowledge to make sure my dad gets what he needs!! I highly recommend checking them out for your family’s needs!"
