"So you never think it will happen to "our family" and then you find it can!! Visiting Angels Of Simi Valley to the rescue!! The same day our very close family couldn't be there for our parents as much as they needed, Jim came to their house and spoke with us and by the next day sent us literally an Angel!! Since then we have had on occasions needed to add more support and on some occasions when family was available we were able to cut back. Jim is responsive and so flexible and totally gets what our needs are. The Angels he employs are the kindest hard working people I have ever encountered. The vetting process is excellent. The cost as well as their minimum hours are the best of anyone else we looked into. Just the other day my dad announced that our caregiver is now part of our family!! A high praise from an independent, a little on the particular side, 86 yr old man!! And my mom refers to her as "is my friend coming tonight"? Our family cannot say enough great things about the Visiting Angels team!!"
