Tracy Slopey- Agency Director

Tracy began in the SWOKC office of Visiting Angels in 2019.  She loves elderly people and often calls this her “heart job”. She’s had past jobs that were for her pocketbook. This one is a job that doesn’t feel like work and is the job that makes her heart most happy.  She loves helping people! 

When not in the office or with a client she spends time with her dogs. She has a 14 year old rescue named Leroy that is her #1 sidekick.  She also has a new Husky puppy, Balto. He’s a major handful but has already stolen her heart.  Tracy has 6 grandchildren and 5 bonus grands. In her spare time Tracy enjoys a good novel or self-help book. She is most happy when her 3 grown children are in her presence with their families. 

Katherine Young- Client Care Supervisor

Katherine has been a CNA since 2016. She worked as a CNA for Visiting Angels of SWOKC before she moved into the office. Katherine is a sweet and cheerful young lady that loves to bring laughter and joy into everything she does. What Katherine loves most about her job being in the office is being able to make the client and the clients family feel safe, loved, and happy like they are her own family!  Katherine is a mom to a beautiful 7-year old girl. Katherine spends her time reading or watching her daughter practice her gymnastics routine. Katherine and her little girl like to spend weekends with their Mimi or having play dates with friends! 

Billi Huffine- Client Care Manager

Billi grew up in the OKC metro area and currently lives in Mustang.  She has been a CNA for 19 years and absolutely loves caring for people!  She has a wide variety of experiences, working  with Alzheimer's and Dementia patients in assisted living, people with special needs, and also with Cardiac patients. She is enjoying time working in the office setting and helping from behind the scenes. Billi is the proud momma of a 15 year old boy. Billi enjoys spending her spare time watching her son and many nieces and nephews at sporting events.

Annette Burington- Client Care Manager

Annette grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota. She became a CNA in 1991. Annette feels that giving back to our elderly is the most fulfilling job and was made for her. 

Being a Client Care Manager adds another level of care that Annette finds very important for our community in helping to find the right caregiver to fit the clients needs. Annette is also available to fill in on shifts at times and loves being able to provide care in the homes of clients as needed.  After Annette married her husband Randy, they moved to several states due to his job. Annette moved to Oklahoma in 2020. She has a son Kenny and a daughter Alyssa. Annette loves gardening, reading, quilting and other crafts. Annette is involved with the Veterans and tries to help as much as she can in visiting at the Clinton Center, donating items that have been collected, etc. Annette and her husband Randy are a part of the Masonic Family in Yukon and Shriners in OKC.
