Visiting Angels of West Springfield Receives a Shoutout in Prime Magazine

Every week, Sheila Magalhaes from Heartsong Yoga in East Longmeadow teaches a chair yoga class sponsored by Visiting Angels of West Springfield. The class is held on Mondays at 1:30pm at Brownstone Gardens, an independent living facilitity for adults 62 and older in East Longmeadow. All are welcome!
