While UM Harford Memorial Hospital will be closing on February 6, 2024, services will be attainable at the new state of the art UM Upper Chesapeake Health at Aberdeen, which is set to open the same day that Memorial Hospital closes.

Visiting Angels has provided supplemental care and assistance with many clients that have utilized Citizens Care Center. We have an outstanding relationship with them and are able to coordinate a smooth discharge and transition to home care services.
