Deirdre Flynn Hewett, Operations Director and Owner

Prior to acquiring Visiting Angels Boston in December of 2020, Deirdre Flynn-Hewett was the Director of Business Development for Visiting Angels in southern New Hampshire for several years. In this role, she learned the significance of quality home care for our seniors and their families.

She witnessed how first rate in-home care can assist seniors to age in place in the comfort of their own home. She met with and counseled hundreds of clients and families in this position and was responsible for ensuring they received the care they needed and deserved.

She had previously held Business Development roles with Memory Care Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Deirdre is from the Boston area and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Providence College.

Louise Tully Murphy, Operations Director and Owner

Louise has owned and operated Visiting Angels of southern New Hampshire since 2009. After more than 20 years in the banking industry (first as a Commercial Real Estate and Development Lender and then as an Investment Banker), Louise has always had a strong focus on providing superior customer service and crafting individual solutions for individual people.

Louise enjoys working with families to help craft the solutions that work for them. Every client is different. Every caregiver is different. Meeting the clients and finding the "perfect" caregiver for each individual client marks the highlight of being the Director of Visiting Angels of Southern NH for Louise. Louise Murphy is active with the Alzheimer's Association, paving participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer's since 2009.

Louise Murphy holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree, cum laude, from Babson College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Smith College. She also holds the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation and a Certificate in Care Management from the Center for Aging and Disability Education and Research at Boston University School of Social Work.
