Because of our continuous growth, Visiting Angels Central Coast is always looking to hire experienced and qualified caregivers in the Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay area to provide in home assistance care and support to our clients and their families.
To ensure the integrity of our staff and optimal service for our clients we recruit prospective employees who have at least one year of hands-on caregiver experience. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background screening and become registered as a Home Care Aide with the state registry. Also, each candidate will complete and pass a personality assessment, drug screening, E-Verify check, and TB test. They must have a clean driving record and possess, or have access to reliable, insured transportation.

Visiting Angels Central Coast provides in-home senior care assistance for those requiring additional help to remain in their homes. We assist seniors with all activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living, often supporting those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. We work in conjunction with hospice providers to care for those in the last stages of their life's journey. Whether temporary or respite, part-time or full-time our goal is to make sure our clients can live comfortably and safely in their own homes in the Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay area.
