Meet the Team that Makes the Difference
Our franchise President, Larry Michel, and Director, Karen Woodrow, are passionate about providing exceptional care that allows area older adults to age in place with comfort and safety.
Larry Michel, MBA, President: Prior to working in the home care industry, Larry spent over 25 years managing international healthcare initiatives and development projects. He brings a truly global perspective to local senior care, applying his expertise in overseeing improvement projects to helping Chelmsford-area seniors receive the highest possible standard of care.
Karen Woodrow, MBA, Director: Karen’s approach to senior care is deeply personal, and stems from her own journey of looking after her aging parents. In her view, not only should seniors receive top-notch support, but their families deserve the peace of mind that comes with having a trusted home care provider. In terms of professional expertise, Karen has over 25 years of experience in marketing, as well as a history of launching impactful programs on a global scale.
