We are thrilled to announce that our Visiting Angels Chelmsford/Burlington office has been recognized as one of The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work for 3 consecutive years!

 

This recognition holds significant meaning for us. To be recognized for this very distinguished honor, our employees were surveyed to speak on behalf of our company workplace and values. Based on their responses, our Chelmsford/Burlington office was ranked 27th out of 40 in the small companies category while our Newton office ranked 22nd in the medium companies category.

We are incredibly proud of this achievement and will continue to work on providing an exceptional workplace for our employees.

The Boston Globe's Top Places to Work award is based on employee surveys measuring various aspects of company culture including leadership, values, training, benefits and overall engagement. Over 8,000 organizations were invited to participate. 68,000 employees participating in the surveys. The rankings are divided into four category sizes: small (50-99 employees), medium (100-249 employees), and large (1,000 or more employees). This year, 175 companies made the Boston Globe’s annual Top Places to Work list; 39 were considered newcomers.
