IP Address

Your computer IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. When you provide your phone number and consent to receiving text messages from Visiting Angels, by opting in, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

When you consent, you may receive messages that includes but is not limited to information or reminders below, which are important for you to receive. For example:

  • Clients, customers, and guests: may receive information related to appointments, reminders on upcoming activities, information related to documentation and other relevant information.
  • Job Applicants: information related to application status, interview times and dates, onboarding materials and other relevant information.

Standard Messaging Disclosures

  • Message frequency. The number of messages you receive will depend on your specific interactions with our services.
  • Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out. You may option out of receiving SMS communications at any time by texting "STOP" in reply. Once you opt-out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except for transactional or legally required communications.

Consent for SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS, MMS, and Text messages, you consent to receive text messages from Visiting Angels. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will be used solely for the purposes outlined in this document and will not be shared with Third Parties except as required by law or as stated in other places in this policy. SMS, MMS and Text opt-ins will not be shared with any third party or affiliate company for marketing purposes.

Ring Central is one of our service providers that we have hired to improve your experience as a customer of the company. Ring Central collects any information which you share with them as a service user including names, account numbers, and any other information (including but not limited to documents, SMS, pictures, transcripts, notes, recordings, voicemails, etc.) or other information you or another user or participant upload, provide, grant access to or otherwise implement. You control the content that is provided. Note that they may also collect

  • Device information (such as IP address, ISP, device and operating system type, operating system and client version, type of microphone or speakers, and other related information)
  • System logs, including usage logs, backend logs, client logs
  • Internal feature usage analytics
  • Cookie identifiers
  • Traffic data about the communications that take place through the platform (such as chat, video conferencing) which include, network monitoring data, and call detail records produced by a telephone call or other telecommunications transactions. The call detail record contains various attributes of the call, such as time, duration, completion status, source number and destination number.

13. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
