"My father in law had a stroke back in Dec of 2022. He never fully recovered, and needed specialized care. He became wheelchair bound, and was not able to use one side of his body much following the stroke. He was a veteran and that is where we learned of Visiting Angels. Visiting Angels was sent to him to help with his everyday care. That is when we met Mrs. Jackie. She really was our ,"Angel.". They had a connection and they shared many talks! You could see her love and concern in the care that she provided him. It was clear that she provided the kind of care that she would have provided her own loved ones. She was gentle, kind, caring and out lives are better for knowing her. Mrs. Jackie made the last year of his life better by being in it. The world needs more Mrs. Jackie's! If everyone did their job with the quality and love, and concern for other human beings as Mrs. Jackie did, it would be a much better place. We had other care givers that came as well. I know one other name. I never met her but my mother in law spoke highly of her as well. I believe it was Mrs. Connie. There were still others, and we thank them all. My father in law relocated to Heaven on January 7. Then my mother in law on January 29. Then she was laid to rest on their 64th wedding anniversary. Thank you Visiting Angels and all the Angels that were sent out way!"
