Cancer Support and ActivitiesLivingWell Yoga*
A weekly yoga class for those affected by cancer and survivors of cancer.This class will teach basic yoga and meditation techniques promoting flexibility, reducing anxiety, managing stress and increasing health.
Prior to this class, you will need to complete participant forms** and receive a cedical release from your physician. Equipment is provided.
