Our goal is to reset the bar on senior home care quality and reliability and to redefine what senior care services provide. We treat everyone like they are our own Mom or Dad. It's nice to know they look at us as part of the family as well!

"Jennifer is wonderful with my husband. She goes through his exercises with him, does speech and art therapy as well as games such as monopoly and solitaire. She is empathetic and compassionate. Jennifer also prepares meals and does light housekeeping as requested. She now accompanies us to doctors' appointments and other activities to assist me with transporting him in his wheelchair and with transferring him in and out of the car, etc. We think of Jennifer as a member of our family."

“All Angels are excellent … good manners, interesting, and most professional! We love Tenisha as her level of expertise is so helpful. She goes with us to medical appointments to help get Paul in and help me remember all the concerns … PET scans, MRIs and even while in surgery to sit with me. Today she is helping Paul make his special soup. She supervised exercises and keeps appointments on the whiteboard. She cooks a really good breakfast too. We really like Victorine who comes in evenings as she loves to cook. We are gaining weight! She gives Paul a good washing before bedtime and is patient with getting the pillows just right. She has experience with feeding tube with a family member so she can give me encouragement. We really like Samantha. She is a great conversationalist and that is PT FOR THE BRAIN! Tina goes with us to church and for the Sunday ride. She encourages Paul to talk about current events. When a caregiver doesn’t come, the replacement comes in as if they know exactly what to do. And they do. We have used the Angels for about 18 months. MARYLYNNE assisted me with foot injury and advised me to go to the ER. She then finished dinner for my husband, the client, readied him for bed, kept him reassured, and kept in touch on my progress. She is a true professional! Thank you!"

“Visiting Angel’s improves my life immensely. When Dean and Anne-Marie came into my life on that day I was lying in bed at rehab, they flew in with wings and I’ve been blessed ever since. I’m not very well at my age, but my angels know me and know what I like.
I love Janine because she comes in, and without even asking her she takes the initiative. She is so kind, she does so much without me asking. She encourages me to do my exercises, I love her to death! She is one of the best Visiting Angels has got, truly an angel! She says, "if I see it needs done, I will do it." It’s the littlest things that she does that I don’t have to ask her to do that I’m so grateful for. She’s wonderful. She makes a world of difference.
I wouldn’t be here without everything Dean has done for me. I would be in a place I wouldn’t like. Anne-Marie has become like a daughter that I wish I had. I remember the first time she came to see me in rehab. She came into me, a complete stranger sitting in bad shape and gave me a hug and kissed me on the cheek and assured me I would be okay, she’s got a heart. It’s not just a job for her.
Every day I look forward to 5 o’clock when my Angel comes. The name Visiting Angels makes me laugh, because Geri, Gigi, Janine, Anne-Marie and Dean all have wings. I know I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t have my Angels.”

“I’m very pleased with Visiting Angels. They are very customer centric and responsive to my needs. Specifically, Ms. Ernestine Lopez is a phenomenal caregiver to my mom. She’s always on time, she’s consistent with wellness support for my mom such as blood pressure checks and incorporating physical activity into my mom’s day. Ms. Lopez has incorporated creative ways to assist my mom with recall which makes my mom feel in control. Ms Lopez is conscious about my mom’s health and she treats her like a family member often surprising her with sweets and treats. She is very patient and kind and that speaks to her professionalism. “We had an excellent experience with Visiting Angels (Hampton Roads, VA). The people were great and did a fabulous job aiding my father during his time of need. The best part of Visiting Angels was the owner Dean L. He went above and beyond on MULTIPLE occasions to ensure that dad received the best care possible. This included taking shifts himself and also bringing my dad to almost all of his appointments. For Dean this is more than a job, it is his calling, and he is wonderful at it.
