Imagine the Possibilities with our Imagination Program

In addition to providing the highest quality caregivers to ensure you or your loved one is in the best hands possible, we believe that there’s more to senior home care. 

That’s why we instituted the Imagination Program. Our effort to ensure clients experience the highest quality of life possible.    

It starts with a face-to-face discussion to identify you, or your loved one’s interests. Then our caregivers discuss ways to fulfill those interests—safely, while we provide care. 

It’s changing the landscape in senior care.

• Haven’t painted in years?  Our caregivers will get the materials and give you a chance to try your hand again! 
• Always wanted to learn scrapbook?  Or sew?  Cook?  We’ll teach you.
• Haven’t been to a movie in years?  We’ll take you!
• How about an ice cream cone?
• Or a walk down the Virginia Beach Boardwalk on a nice day?

If the person we support has a physical or cognitive limitation, we work to find ways around that limitation.  Because we don’t look at our job as solely providing care.  We also see our job as providing increased quality of life…happiness.  We want to make a difference in people's lives.  We know we can’t do everything – and our client’s safety and well-being are our first priorities.  But we’ll do our best to help our clients imagine a future that’s fun, engaging, and fulfilling. 

Because we believe you worked hard your entire life.  You deserve a chance to imagine the world of opportunities.  Our Mother’s wouldn’t expect any less.

Quality of Life Resources for Seniors in the Community

There are a number of resources in the community to keep seniors active.  We work with a number of them, so we always have fresh opportunities available outside the home.  These include:

• PrimePlus - Norfolk
• Tidewater Arts Outreach
• Senior Services of Southeast Virginia (SSSEVA)
  

In addition, we have close relationships with many of the independent living and assisted living facilities within the area.  They allow our "Angel Family" members to participate in facility activities.
