Supporting the Next Generation of Social Workers at the University of Stevens Point

Visiting Angels is proud to invest in the future of social work through the University of Stevens Point (UWSP). This scholarship aims to empower students dedicated to making a difference in the lives of older adults.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be a Social Work student at UWSP.
Preference for students with a minimum GPA of 3.4.

Selection Criteria:

Candidates should demonstrate:
A strong interest in serving the aging population, possibly through a plan to complete their required social work internship in a setting focused on older adults.
Above-average academic achievement.
Superior leadership skills.
An appreciation for professional and collaborative relationships with clients and assisting professionals.

The University of Stevens Point will handle the application process. Please note, this scholarship is only available to students attending UWSP.
