Uptown Social 

Uptown Social is Sheyboygan’s hub for active seniors who want to become engaged in their community! They partner with organizations to provide programs focused on fitness, recreation, creativity, and travel. Programs are open to seniors 55 and older. If you want to join a program, our caregivers can help you sign up.

Aging and Disability Resource Center

Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Sheboygan County works to support seniors and people with disabilities so they can continue living secure, quality lives. They offer resources and services to residents 60 and older, such as long-term care counseling, care service coordination, benefit counseling, transitional services, and emergency response. 

Senior Dining Programs

Nutrition is important for seniors, but finding nutritious food isn’t always easy. Thankfully, Sheboygan County Senior Dining has six Senior Dining sites where residents 60 and older can enjoy nurturing food while conversing with other community members. Caregivers will happily provide transportation to any of these locations and can provide companionship while clients enjoy their meals.

The dining program has a $6 suggested donation, but no one will be turned away if you cannot pay the fee. 

YMCA Senior Programs

If you’re a senior who loves group fitness and organized sports, you’ll want to get involved in the Sheboygan County YMCA senior programs. These programs include various fitness classes for all fitness levels, including strength training and aerobic classes. They also have a Diabetes Prevention Program that helps seniors take control of their health and reduce risk factors associated with Type 2 diabetes.
